Carpenters: On-Playa carpenters will be responsible
for erecting, installing, and/or repair of customer
provided Playa Shade Structures or those
purchased/rented via Burning Shade. Ability to
read and work from blueprints, sketches and drawings a
must.
Aptitude in make exacting measurements. coupled with
accurate arithmetic calculations helpful.
Compensation will be $123.54/day
On-Site Managers:
On-site managers will be responsible for day-to-day
operations and oversight at each of the Playa
Construction sites Burning Shade is involved in. To
insure the property is safe and being maintained
properly, on-site managers routinely inspect the
grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if
repairs or maintenance are needed.
Compensation will be $98.23/day
Design Consultants:
Do you have a flair for interior/exterior decorating, a
passion for people and an enthusiasm to go the extra
mile. Burning Shade is looking for energetic, talented
individuals that want a career in Playa Condo design.
Previous design experience is required.
Compensation will be $89.56/day
Dispatcher: Schedule and dispatch team
members, equipment, or service vehicles to carry
materials or passengers to Playa construction sites.
Required to keep records, logs, and schedules of the
calls made & receive. Computer
skills a must with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel
& Access required.
Compensation will be $77.23/day
Drivers:
CDL Required - Drive a truck or van with a capacity of
over 26,000 GVW, primarily to deliver or pick up
materials or to deliver packages within Black Rock
City as well to & from our Gerlach warehouse. Duties
will also include loading and unloading truck contents.
Ability to lift 123lbs is required.
Compensation will
be $67.67/day
